Full transparency with cost and timescale and all work done to a standard that can only be described as outstanding. You are constantly updated every step of the way, and nothing is a bother no matter how many questions you ask. I contacted Matt when I bought a rather run down flat and asked for his help with renovations. The project involved all new heating, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, internal doors, external doors & windows, new cladding to the front entry and garden clearance with fencing and landscaping too. A huge amount of work which was done to an excellent standard and in very good time. Matt and Connor are super skilled guys – but also reliable, polite, clean and simply a joy to deal with. Matt brought in other trades as necessary and ensured all of the work was to a high standard. Communication was fantastic – which made everything if not easy, then at least less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend Premier Property. I give them a 5 star rating!

The work started with a new fitted bathroom which Matthew co-ordinated to ensure the plumber, tiler and electrician were arranged to complete the job on time and he kept me up to date with progress. Matthew has also installed new windows and sourced and fitted the Rock front door I wanted plus new internal doors, skirtings and facings. Matthew has carried out work on various projects for me since 2019 – walk-in wardrobe, flooring, new radiators with Mark of Plumbsure etc. The most recent project being a full kitchen renovation. This was carried out to the highest quality finish. It included arranging plasterer, plumber, electrician, rubbish removal and of course all joinery work for the kitchen installation. He also replaced flooring and ceiling. All work was carried out to a very high standard. Any unexpected issues were dealt with calmly and professionally. Matt has just completed work on the interior of our house, as part of a project that lasted 6 months. He replaced all our internal doors, all skirtings and facings, our front door, flooring in our downstairs hall, living and dining rooms, the loft hatch, and the handrails & spindles on our stairs. He also widened the archway in our living room and altered the wall adjacent to the staircase. He was meticulous in his work and always eager to please. What really impressed me was his willingness to do additional “bits and pieces” that cropped up during the project. Matt was always able to “dovetail” his joinery work with the other trades involved, sometimes having to alter the days he was supposed to be working in the house at short notice. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt – he has a friendly approachable manner, and always left the property clean and tidy upon leaving at the end of the day.

We approached Matthew for assistance after an electrical fire in a kitchen appliance damaged our Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room.
Following initial contact, Matthew was on site very rapidly. Explained exactly what was required, how the work would be tackled and kept us informed at every stage in the process and and also kept in touch with our insurers.
His team arrived on site today, removed the damaged work tops, built replacements, replaced the sink sorted out the plumbing and electrics, all within a day and to a very high standard.(and a reasonable price too!)
Post the rebuilding – he’s also assisting with the arrangements for the internal redecoration work.
Not only is his workmanship first rate, his project management and people skills are second to none.

We approached Matthew for assistance after an electrical fire in a kitchen appliance damaged our Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room.
Following initial contact, Matthew was on site very rapidly. Explained exactly what was required, how the work would be tackled and kept us informed at every stage in the process and and also kept in touch with our insurers.
His team arrived on site today, removed the damaged work tops, built replacements, replaced the sink sorted out the plumbing and electrics, all within a day and to a very high standard.(and a reasonable price too!)
Post the rebuilding – he’s also assisting with the arrangements for the internal redecoration work.
Not only is his workmanship first rate, his project management and people skills are second to none.
Highly recommended.

We approached Matthew for assistance after an electrical fire in a kitchen appliance damaged our Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room.
Following initial contact, Matthew was on site very rapidly. Explained exactly what was required, how the work would be tackled and kept us informed at every stage in the process and and also kept in touch with our insurers.
His team arrived on site today, removed the damaged work tops, built replacements, replaced the sink sorted out the plumbing and electrics, all within a day and to a very high standard.(and a reasonable price too!)
Post the rebuilding – he’s also assisting with the arrangements for the internal redecoration work.
Not only is his workmanship first rate, his project management and people skills are second to none.
Highly recommended.
