Matt recently completed a full renovation of our en-suite. What started as him agreeing to identify a leak in the floor ended up with a full replacement of the floor and en-suite. Matt was excellent throughout and patient when I had lots of questions. Communication was ideal and he kept us updated throughout. Finish of the job is first class, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt and his team.

I contacted Matt when I bought a rather run down flat and asked for his help with renovations. The project involved all new heating, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, internal doors, external doors & windows, new cladding to the front entry and garden clearance with fencing and landscaping too. A huge amount of work which was done to an excellent standard and in very good time. Matt and Connor are super skilled guys – but also reliable, polite, clean and simply a joy to deal with. Matt brought in other trades as necessary and ensured all of the work was to a high standard. Communication was fantastic – which made everything if not easy, then at least less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend Premier Property. I give them a 5 star rating!

I would highly recommend Matthew, Mark and team for bathroom fitting.  I required a downstairs W.C to be installed in old boiler cupboard.  They were the only company I had out who didn’t insist on sani-flo or digging up half my garden.  They know what they are doing.  All the underground work they did without any hassle and all according to plans passed by building control.  I lived in the house while the work was getting done.  They tidied up every day and Matthew was great at coordinating everything.  Also flexible and patient in pricing for extras I wanted along the way.

He and his team arrived when they said they would, and the work was completed to an excellent standard. Matthew gave me a daily update, so I knew exactly what was happening and when and was very accommodating with a few extra bits of work which was much appreciated. I also decided to have the bathroom retiled at short notice and Matthew arranged this with his tiler. Very friendly, easy to deal with and at a reasonable price.

We approached Matthew for assistance after an electrical fire in a kitchen appliance damaged our Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room.
Following initial contact, Matthew was on site very rapidly. Explained exactly what was required, how the work would be tackled and kept us informed at every stage in the process and and also kept in touch with our insurers.
His team arrived on site today, removed the damaged work tops, built replacements, replaced the sink sorted out the plumbing and electrics, all within a day and to a very high standard.(and a reasonable price too!)
Post the rebuilding – he’s also assisting with the arrangements for the internal redecoration work.
Not only is his workmanship first rate, his project management and people skills are second to none.
Highly recommended.

So we decided to get him to do our downstairs toilet and our shower room.
The finished job he has left is quite outstanding, considering the size of the downstairs toilet and the slopping roof to sky light in the shower room.
We cannot praise his work highly enough.
From start to finish, he explained what he was going to do and how, made it easy for us.

Had new kitchen installed and bathroom (wet wall) finished off, new floors sound block wall along with living room refurbishment which included electrical work, plastering, painting and decoration.  Matt and his tradesmen have have been great.
