I recently chose Gasglow Ltd to convert my existing Worcester conventional boiler system to a new high-performance Worcester Combi Boiler, and I am delighted with the results. From my initial enquiry through to the completion of the installation, the service provided was outstanding. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Mark carried out a thorough site survey, the office team provided a prompt and clear quotation, and David and Alan completed the installation to an exceptional standard. This was a complex project involving the removal of the existing storage tank and hot water cylinder, rerouting pipework beneath the floor, and integrating the new boiler controls with our existing Hive system. Despite the challenges, all work was completed within the agreed timescale and with great care and respect for our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gasglow Ltd to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality central heating services, whether for routine servicing, boiler replacements, or full system upgrades.

Following problems with heating which Gasglow addressed through our maintenance contract, we decided to replace all of our radiators. Mark delivered a quote which was very reasonable. On the agreed date for installation Alan, Sean and David arrived and worked throughout the day professionally. All installed and cleared up by mid-afternoon. Gasglow have been a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend.

Have been with Gasglow for a number of years for Boiler Maintenance. Had to call with a boiler fault between Christmas and New Year. Left a message on their out of hours service. Got a call back within 20 minutes and had their engineer Sean at the door within the hour. Problem identified and fixed immediately. All within two hours of my festive season call. Excellent service all round. Would highly recommend.
Had no gas for 2 days, called Gasglow at 0830 on a Monday morning as I had used them before for my gas fire. Donna got back to me withing 2 hours and Paul then came to my house and managed to fix the problem. He was very helpful, and it was great service from Gasglow. I would use them anytime, thank you.

Just wanted to mention the first-class service we received as part of our maintenance contract with Gasglow. We left a message on Sunday afternoon and had a quick reply, the engineer with us within 30 minutes. He quickly worked out the problem and after ordering the necessary parts on Monday he was here just after 8am on Tuesday and had the boiler working again by 8.45am. At all times his manner was professional and friendly, and he left no mess behind. The fast and efficient service Gasglow provided makes the maintenance contract a no-brainer for us. First class service and peace of mind that whenever something goes wrong it will be quickly fixed.

Gasglow installed a new combi boiler and radiators for us in February as well as doing a couple of extra tasks. We’d already used them for boiler maintenance for a couple of years and had been very happy with the service they provided. David and Alan did not disappoint. Gasglow have recently replaced an old radiator which had developed a leak due to age. From my contact with the via email to arrange the job to onsite completion of the job I have found the company reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. All appropriate steps for ours and their safety were checked and discussed for being in lockdown. Mark who completed the job was a great ambassador for the company completing the job timeously, neatly and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. Now I have found them I will use Gasglow for any heating/gas work in the future. Highly recommend them.

We are a couple in our seventies and were self- isolating due to the Corona virus when our heating boiler suddenly packed in. We rang Gasglow Ltd on the 24th March for a quote to replace it, accepted their quote on the 25th and the boiler was replaced, by 3.30pm on the 26th. I have nothing but praise for this family business from the very efficient office staff to the two guys who installed the boiler. They wore masks and rubber gloves throughout and were scrupulously clean, leaving no mess whatsoever. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and wish them well for the future.

Mark used his wealth of experience to repair the fault rather than take the more expensive option of installing a new part.
