Jamie recently helped us with our retirement planning, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and in language we could understand, and even guided us on what questions to ask our pension providers. Before speaking to Jamie, we genuinely thought we’d be working right up until state pension age. Thanks to his advice, we now have a plan that would allow us to retire at 60 — without affecting our current income. He’s a genuinely nice guy, and I’d encourage anyone to speak to him. He’s really improved how we feel about the future.

I have been advised by Libertas, and particularly by Andre, since August 2022. My initial query was about my pension and possible retirement dates. The advice I have had has been very clear and professional and importantly has helped me make the most of my assets, to the point where I have been able to retire a year or so earlier than I expected. Fees are set out in documentation and explained well, they are not excessive. Andre is always prompt in answering emails and is happy to help at any time. Risks are explained clearly but risk decisions have been left to me, which is as it should be. The funds chosen by Andre have performed well so far, so I have to say that to date I am very happy.

Jamie provided us with critical illness and life insurance cover after our circumstances changed due to moving to a bigger property.   After contacting Jamie, he made arrangements to come and see us within our home at night as that was most convenient for us.  Jamie was really professional from the outset and I particularly liked that he had modern technology with him.  After Jamie had listened to our requirements and noted a few details, he was able to display a few products that suited our needs.   I appreciated that Jamie was able to display the information there and then.  He explained everything thoroughly to us and made a complicated process really easy to understand.  There was no pressure at all from Jamie and he left us to consider our options.  When we chose our preferred product, Jamie returned at a time convenient to us to sign the documents.   I found Jamie to be friendly, personable and laid back.  We felt very comfortable with Jamie in our home and we never felt under any pressure.  I would and already have recommended Jamie to others.

Jamie is very affable, professional and friendly on a consistent basis.  His product knowledge in pension and investments is very detailed and it is abundantly clear he knows his stuff.  Jamie will always recommend and sell me products which are tailor made for me and my circumstances and not just products he wants to sell.  So far, it has worked for me and I am very confident and relaxed in the decision’s that Jamie makes with regards investments.   I regularly discuss my investments with my brother who is a retired Financial Advisor and he always agrees with the advice Jamie has provided, which tells me a lot.   The best thing I can say about Jamie is that he always does what he says he is going to do and is always available or returns your calls.   I have had dealings with various Financial Advisor’s and none of them measure up to Jamie.

Jamie came out to see me to give me advice on my Prudential pension.   When he told me that I was financially able to retire, I was surprised and delighted.   Jamie had all the documents with him and had all the figures and details clearly illustrated for me.  He explained everything very simply to me in laymen’s terms and put my mind at ease.  I had complete confidence in what he was telling me and found him very honest and positive to deal with.   Jamie is a very nice person and has been nothing short of brilliant with me.  I have since recommended Jamie to four of my friends, who have gone on to use his service and have had similar experiences to me.  I cannot recommend Jamie high enough.

I contacted Jamie for financial advice after separating and being on my own with young kids.   I had also recently started a new job and required advice on pension products.   The most important thing for me by far though, was having peace of mind that my kids would be provided for financially if anything happened to me.  I knew Jamie from a previous job and wanted to speak to someone that I felt comfortable with and trusted.  On speaking to Jamie, he immediately made me feel at ease and knew exactly what I was looking for.  Jamie was very flexible with his appointments and he came out to see me when it suited me and my kids.   Although I am used to and very familiar with filling in forms, Jamie helped me with this process as they were quite complicated.  During the application process, Jamie always kept me up to date with progress , which in itself gave me peace of mind.   In the end Jamie helped me with life insurance, critical illness cover, ISA and pension.  Jamie was absolutely excellent from start to finish and I felt he really helped me out.   He is a lovely and trustworthy guy and I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Jamie via Prudential as I required some advice regarding my pension.  Jamie came out to see my wife and I within our house and thoroughly explained everything to us.  Jamie made us feel very relaxed and he explained everything to us in a language that we understood.  Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie and my wife and I had complete confidence in him from the beginning.   He wasn’t just out to make money for himself, he was genuinely there to help us.  Jamie’s advice has certainly been financially beneficial to us and I would definitely recommend him.  In fact, I already have, I have given Jamie’s number to a few people at work and recommended they call him.
