Colin has just finished fencing our rear garden which had 35 metres of hedging removed. Before installing the posts, he made sure all roots were removed and the area was levelled. Terrible customer service. Texted Colin Wilson on 12/02/24 saying we were in need of replacement fence after storm and that two immediate neighbours were the same. So business from three houses. He confirmed we would attend 13/02/24 (PM). No show. Received apology on 14th and said he would attend today (16th). When I asked when, he said probably early afternoon. Clearly he has enough business. The power of the word of mouth. We have no idea what his workmanship is like or whether he was competitive quote-wise. We certainly don’t want him here and he has lost out on three properties.

Contacted and sent photos to Colin Wilson re storm damage to my fence on Friday, said he would come sometime on Sunday, never turned up, no text/call. Trustys:  Colin is sorry for letting the customer down and accepts he should have attended or contacted the customer.  Given that there had been two recent storms in the space of a week, Colin was inundated with requests to repair fencing and unfortunately forgot.  When Colin was made aware, he offered to attend the following day, however the customer was not agreeable to this.

We can highly recommend Colin and his team. We wanted a large area of composite decking and pathway in our back garden and we knew this would be quite a big job. Colin responded quickly to my online enquiry and came to view the garden – he was able to give us a competitive quote in good time and set a date when he would be able to get the materials delivered and start working with us. The job turned out to be a bit more difficult than we had anticipated due to underlying concrete and very hard soil that the frame needed to be build into – but Colin and William his excellent team mate were not deterred and got the work done come rain or shine!  We have since had an extended composite decking pathway completed also as we were keen to get Colin and team back to do some final touches and complete our overall garden project. I am quite a picky person (!) but I have to say the work is great and the materials are exactly what we wanted and I am so pleased with the result. All done in good time and at a fair price – very happy to recommend – thank you for all of your hard work!!

Part of my fence fell over due to a big storm recently. I contacted Colin for a quote. He visited very quickly and a few days later, gave a very reasonable price for the job and came out to make the repairs. He also noticed another part of the fence that needed some work done and did this as well. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend the company if you need a fence repaired.

First class job. Colin is reliable and excellent prices too. Came when he said he would and took payment only once we said we were happy with the job. Colin altered an existing fence into a gate to let us gain access to side of our house, rounded off the top of another gate and sorted it so that it would have more strength. He took a bit off our decking to allow French doors to open and he double nailed all fence slats around whole garden. Would not hesitate to recommend.
