Graeme supplied and fitted a doorbell camera for me. On an initial visit, he discussed what I needed and then made recommendations without being at all ‘pushy’. He returned a few days later and set up the app and equipment efficiently. Graeme came on time for both visits – always a plus – and was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Truly outstanding service. From the moment I contacted Graeme, very helpful and professional. It was to replace a intercom handset in one of my rental properties and although Graeme said it wasn’t his speciality that he would look at it. The wiring wasn’t straight forward as it was an old system, so Graeme did a bit of research then called back after a couple of days and successfully installed it – all good. Very competitive rates. I will definitely get Graeme again to do all Lock related works and highly recommend his services. Thank you.

We phoned Graeme as we had issues with 2 of our window locks.  He apologised that he could not call within the next few days. However, the following week, as arranged, he phoned shortly before he was due, confirming he was on his way. Graham is absolutely fantastic.  We had a problem with our back door lock.  Two other locksmiths had previously attended, and told me that I required a new door, as the lock was very unusual.  However, when Graham attended, he was able to identify that it was an American lock, and he would be able to source a replacement.  Within a week, Graham had sourced the lock and fitted it along with new handles.  Graham was very tidy; his quality of work was fantastic and his communication excellent.

Graeme came to my house in November to look at my UPVC door as it wasn’t aligned properly. He advised the best course of action and at the same time, he noticed the bottom frame of the door was also broken. He measured this up and was happy to see if he could source materials for this.  He then came back 2 days later to re-align the door and fix the bottom part. All was done very efficiently and for an excellent price. He cleaned up any mess too which was brilliant. I’d highly recommend Graeme and will be using him again when it comes to other work such as replacing the door handle which is something that will soon need done.

Graeme recently carried out some work for my mum.  This involved changing the locks on the back door, installing internal locks and adjusting the front UPVC door.   Graeme was quick to respond and never charged for a call out.   He was brilliant with my mum and patiently explained all her options and provided good advice.  When it came to the work, Graeme arrived on time and carried out a good and tidy job.  His pricing was very fair, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I had a problem with my French doors, which were not locking correctly.  Graeme came to look and quickly assessed that a replacement lock was required.   Greme explained everything fully to me and showed me where the damage was on the lock he removed.   Graeme was a very nice guy to deal with and his timekeeping was good.   Additionally, I found Graeme’s pricing to be very reasonable.  I feel qualified to assess this, as I have previous experience of working in the door trade.
