Had no hot water in my shower. Jack correctly diagnosed the problem by email and gave me a fair priced quote. Despite him having to free off a jammed stopcock, to turn the water off, which he located for me – I hadn’t a clue where it was – not in the usual place, under the kitchen sink – he stuck to the quote, and did a thoroughly professional job. He is young but has an experienced, friendly manner, and obviously a good knowledge of his trade. I would recommend him to everyone.

We used Jack to replace a set of Bath taps with built in Shower Head and two further Basin taps. He came on time and made an excellent job and cleared up after the job. He overcame the tight situation where he had to dismantle part of an under Basin cabinet to get into the Bath taps and also rusty fittings on the Basin taps and just worked through to give an excellent Professional job. We would 100% recommend using Jack for any Plumbing Work.

Looking for a plumber to run a cold water feed and drainpipe under our staircase as we are making it into a utility room. Went on Trustys page and looked at a few plumbers and went for Jack. He said that he would come out, have a look and give us a quote which was very reasonable. We arranged a date and time suitable for us and he was there as arranged. His work is to a very high standard, he’s very polite and well mannered. Although he is a young man, he has a mature outlook and well qualified and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering getting a plumber. Gave Jack a call to assist with a few small jobs. We arranged a date and time; he turned up on the day and on time. First job was to disconnect a gas hob for my old mum. He detected a smell of gas from the outside gas box and immediately contacted the gas board and gave them all the information needed to fix the problem. He kindly waited for them to come out and fix the problem, he then carried out the work required in the kitchen. We then headed to my house to replace the mixer taps in the kitchen. I’m sure this polite young man will have a busy future as a tradesman. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack to anyone. I will be getting him back for a few more job.

Contacted Jack yesterday and explained I had a dripping tap in my new house. He arranged to come first thing next morning. He arrived promptly as promised. My options were a new tap or replace the cartridge inside existing one. He changed the cartridge and that solved the problem. He was very pleasant at all times and explained everything simply. He came across as very professional and conscientious about providing a good service. I would recommend wholeheartedly and will be my first port of call in future.

Jack came and replaced a toilet for us. His communication was great & is very trustworthy. We contacted him the week of christmas and he said he would get in touch in the new year, he contacted us the first week in January and the toilet has now been replaced only a couple of days later. We had previously been let down by another plumber, so we were very pleased when Jack got back to us. We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend and use Jack again.

Phoned Jack to ask if he could fit a shower in our bathroom. He came out straight away that afternoon, done the job there and then. Had to call him next morning with another problem, which we thought was related to the shower, it was a different problem. He came out again, straight away and fixed the problem. Such a nice young guy, very obliging and friendly. He spent a lot of time until he got it fixed. Would definitely highly recommend Jack’s services. Thanks Jack, you’re a wee star.

Jack was very good with all the work he done in my house.  He refurbished one of my bathrooms, which included taking a shower out and putting in a bath.  He has also replaced two toilets and carried out further plumbing work.  Jack is a very nice chap and is very trustworthy.  He takes his time and clearly explains everything to you.  He really impressed me with his work, and I will definitely be contacting Jack in the future if I require further plumbing work.

Jack recently carried out all the plumbing work within my new extension.  This involved fitting a toilet, shower, heating and drainage.  Jack carried out all the work within budget and was very accommodating with extra work.  I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
