I contacted Davy Mac Plant for a quote to monoblock my fairly long drive and along the front of the house.  He quoted a reasonable price and told me the date he would be starting. He gave me a brochure with different colours and types of monoblock but make recommendations on what he thought would look good against the colours of my house. Davy, along with Jim, arrived bang on time every morning.  The quality and standard of work they both carried out was simply excellent. Their attention to detail is superb, the finishing touches to complete the job to a stunning finish was exceptional. To say we are delighted with the finished product is a massive understatement, absolutely over the moon with the job they carried out. 5 Stars Davy recently completed our front garden and we couldn’t be happier with the transformation. He was not only the most competitive out of a number of quotes we received but also came highly recommended by another Trustys tradesman as being best equipped for the job as a digger was required. So glad we went with Davy as he turned up when advised, gave his honest professional opinion, fantastic communication keeping us updated regularly from quote to completion, work completed to a high standard and tidied up after himself. The whole process was painless from start to finish. My garden and driveway required extensive clearance and removal of tonnes of soil, slabs, brick walls and ten trees. Davy and Grant turned it into a most attractive, easily maintained space.  After consultation, Davy and Grant showed their knowledge, skills and professionalism throughout.  Work included building drainage, laying pathways and steps, mono blocking and landscaping.  Two months of constant rain and three months of lockdown did not deter them from completing their work to a high standard with attention to detail. I would recommend Davy Mac Plant for quality and reliable workmanship.

Every time there was heavy rain, my garden was flooding at the front and my garage was flooding at the side.  This was because there was no drainage in my front garden.   I contacted Davy after getting his details on Trustys.  Davy was able to sort the problem by laying pipes at the front and running them under the concrete floor of my garage and out to the drains at the back.  He thereafter re-instated the concrete garage floor, the front garden and the slabs and brick work at the back.  Davy was very nice and just got on with the job.  He would never do anything without running it by us first.  Overall, he made an excellent job and I would certainly recommend him.

Contacted Davy via mutual friend about digging out roots and old trees.  Not only did he do what was required but Davy worked on and managed to get the other section I’d asked to get done if he had time done and he levelled the ground off.   Really happy with his work and Davy is a helpful & nice guy.  No hesitation at all in recommending his work to anyone.  Save yourself the hassle of hiring a mini digger and instead ring Davy… Will be using him again next year for next phase.

I contacted Davy Mac Plant regarding reinforced concrete coal bunkers I wanted removed from my rear garden.  I didn’t have access for a mini digger but Davy still managed to remove them for me and left everything neat and tidy.  I am really delighted with the job – he even put my bins in place when it was complete.  He was extremely helpful and quick in coming to do the job as well.  I’m intending to use Davy Mac Plant for some landscaping in front and rear gardens when he can fit me in.  Thanks Davy.

I needed my back garden levelled off as was all over the place and Davy was recommended to me from a couple of people. I phoned him and he arranged to come up and have a look at the job, he came when he said he would and arranged to come back and do the job. He did a great job round the back and also managed to dig out for my drive at the front of the house and pulled out a few trees as well. We decided to totally re model our rear garden and asked Davy to take on the job. He had to remove brick walls, slabs, plants and trees ! Not to mention several tonnes of soil and clay. Davy has just completed the relaying/realigning of slabs and installation of new drainage in my elderly mum’s back garden- she’s been plagued by a huge puddle at her back door for ages.
