Chris came into the office to fix some issues we’d been having with the computers and more specifically printers that just would not play ball.  Long story short, all printers are now linked to computers and my leased printer was linked to my Mac (lease company told me that this wasn’t possible)!  Really happy with the service, delight to work with 🙂

I met Chris at a networking group and have got to know him quite well. My online business is growing well and I’ve become much more aware of the risks if my PC or files were hacked or corrupted. So I asked Chris to help me to back up my business emails and documents and to help me transfer data from my old PC to my new one. He arrived spot on time and did all the work needed (and more) so that the set up of my new PC was exactly the same as my last one. He stuck to his quote of 2 hours despite the additional work and he was just superb. I was really impressed by his ‘can do’ manner and the way that nothing was too much trouble for him. Chris really knows his stuff!
I’ve also signed up for his PC security package at £20 / month so that if any problem arises with my PC it will immediately flag up on his software system and he will sort it out for me.
Chris is a truly lovely guy. He’s honest and has a great work ethic. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation – and have already done so.
